The room is clean but had a strong smoking smell in a non smoking room...we asked for changing room but nothing available. Noisy outside too.

Just what we wanted I came up to spend the weekend with my grandson. It was so close to everything we wanted to do especially Sugar Hollow Park. The rooms are clean and comfy, the complimentary breakfast was ok and as we were on the 4th floor the view was good.

Clean but in need of repair and everyday maintenan We reserved a room for 2 nights with a refrigerator and a microwave which we got originally but the toilet was plug in this room from the previous guests so they moved us to another room no fridge or microwave and the shower didn't work in this room. Not very happy.

Private location in an easy to find area This location was surprisingly quiet for being off a main highway. Everything was close but I will advise to not order Chinese from the location that leaves menus in the lobby. It was awful! The hotel was lovely and the Staff was nothing but helpful and smiling while we were there. I was completely happy with my stay.

Nice place, great breakfast only problem I had was hair in tub drain, gross but it was nice and quiet for most part

Good Basic Accommodations Clean room, amazing staff. No frills in room, but nothing wrong for a one night stay to have a place to sleep after the Bristol Night Race.

Best deal for price in area, and good location Desk staff were terrific. Hotel was older, but definitely worth the price. Good breakfast and pool. Some issues to address with plumbing (tub did not drain well and had to hold toilet handle ~4 seconds to flush contents). Clean, quite, and good location.
