Good hotel very close to I-81 Arrived about 11 PM. Three people in line to check in. Staff slow, seemed to be turning over or correcting something? Reservation was made for non-smoking, transmitted to hotel as smoking, appears to be a common problem. Staff found a non smoking room! Someone else had been in the room and left items in the fridge, turned a corner of the bed down, and wrote a note on the pad? Smoke alarm was dis-assembled on the desk? Breakfast was disappointing.

Room was nice. Beds and pillows were amazing!! Light was broken between the beds so no way to read at night. Notified management so hopefully will be fixed by the time this is received.

Adorable and great rate! We got in late and the lady at check in was super nice and was very helpful. Room was good, had plenty of towels and didn’t smell of smoke, since there are smoking rooms. Breakfast was super quick, which is what we needed, only wish was that they had juice.

Meh describes it best The hotel is a bit rundown in some respects, and is actually not actually a Days Inn anymore, but a Motel 6... Or a Super 8 or something. The price for the condition of the room is a bit high in my opinion, but it's not too bad considering the other area options.

Customer service has returned to one budget hotel. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. They all seemed to be pleased that they were part of the refurbished property and proud to work there. I was especially impressed upon my departure. As I was about to load some heavy bags into my car, a young man who was policing the landscape stopped what he was doing and came over to load the bags for me. What a pleasant surprise!

Would stay again First room had backed up toilet & was disgusting. Desk clerk was great but having a hard time as some work was being done there and customer's coming back with rooms full of furniture or things broken like us. Second room was obviously a smoking and pet friendly room but we decided not to move again. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Upscale surprise! Re-done rooms nicer than generic hotels - pretty interior, definitely upscale from what used to be Days Inn basic. Staff very accommodating and friendly. A pleasure!
