Rooms need some up keep My rate was much higher than what I booked it for. Overall it was a nice room close enough to the event

Somewhat disappointed Room smelled like wet dogs. A/C could use repair and couldn't connect to free WiFi in room. Overall cleanliness wasn't too bad. Just need to pay more attention to small details when cleaning.

I like the hotel I have stayed there several times when it was Laquinta. For an older hotel, it's very comfortable. I always stay on the 4th floor, it's quieter and the rooms aren't used as much as the 1st floor. It's very convenient to Bristol and Abingdon.

Clean, older property close to town and activities Room was ready at checkin, clean and comfortable. Would like a mini-fridge but got along without one. Breakfast was so-so. Staff was super.

We stayed at the hotel for the 2016 Battle at Bristol game. We drove in Saturday and the team was hard at work making check in as easy and seamless as possible. Bobbi at the front desk was exceptional. Allie was our room attendant and allowed us to get changed and stow our bags while she was cleaning so we wouldn't be late for the game. We knew the team was busy and working hard to make sure our experience was positive.
