Beds were small, only 2 towels in room. VERY noisy from above!! Was not able to get late check out.

Staff was well behaved awesome customer service will definitely book again
Staff was super nice. The walls are thin and you can hear the person above stomping around, people in the halls all hours of the night. Definitely not a quiet nights rest.

Excellent customer service very clean
The hotel and our room were very clean. Out room was quite spacious and had everything we needed. We have our favorite places to have breakfast when in Buffalo so we weren't concerned with the breakfast on offer, but I'd echo other reviews by noting that it's pretty lame in comparison to similar places we've stayed. It was very well located fpe things we wanted to do and the airplane noise was noticeable at times but not bothersome. We'd stay here again.
