Hotel is nice. The rooms are well equipped. However during our stay the pool and hot tub was closed (this was a main reason I booked this hotel) The breakfast available was very limited in choices. Pre-packaged muffins and oatmeal.

We arrived about4:30am to check in the front desk clerk Harry was rude, i was told to run my card thru the machine, ran my card and told him what what the machine said. The machine stated this lane closed,told Harry this. He told me run it again,same message. Repeated the message to him again. He stated you just need to relax your tired. My husband stated what the machine said and Harry's whole attitude changed with my husband. The rest of the hotel was great, just the rudeness of the front clerk
