Did not realize an extended stay did not have daily room cleaning. That said, the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.

The front desk staff was soo mean on check in last 5/21 pm ahift and I booked for one room with 2 bed but she gave me with one bed, my point is what is the point of booking if its pls one first serve accdg to that unfriendly receptionist. .kudos to the night receptionist ! She was so nervous ce and approachable.

The room was kind of run down. Shower door was very difficult to close, toilet continued to run a couple times, shampoo and soap dispenser missing from shower.

Met the main thing a place to sleep We were in Baton Rouge for games at LSU but there was a Garth Brooks concert at LSU Saturday so hotels were sold out for miles and miles. This was the best rated hotel we could find and it did what we needed in we had a place to sleep. We had very little interaction with anyone other than to check in and she did assist in making sure we had an accessible room. Just enough for 1 night! There was a shift change when we checked. I’ll start there…we were given a room…go to the room…attempted to open…the latch was on…it was occupied!! Someone was sleeping with tv on. We go back downstairs to get a new one. Get to that room…it hasn’t been cleaned!!! At this point. I’m livid, and don’t know what to think about the hotel.
