Second night staying there I found an empty jello cup under the sink area someone forgot to check and clean

Nice staff. The staff were really nice. The only problem which is major for me is that there was a roach in the room. I guess these things cannot be completely considering there are people in and out of the rooms.

Did not realize an extended stay did not have daily room cleaning. That said, the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.

The room was kind of run down. Shower door was very difficult to close, toilet continued to run a couple times, shampoo and soap dispenser missing from shower.

The front desk staff was soo mean on check in last 5/21 pm ahift and I booked for one room with 2 bed but she gave me with one bed, my point is what is the point of booking if its pls one first serve accdg to that unfriendly receptionist. .kudos to the night receptionist ! She was so nervous ce and approachable.
