Wont choose this hotel but still trust the brand I have stayed in multiple extended stay America hotels and I generally like them. The ability to do your own cooking is a plus for me. However, this experience was different. First the recliner in the room did not recline. Also I can understand with the COVID restrictions why they don’t leave the cooking supplies in the room but to make a person come to the front desk to pick them up is too much. It was ok for 1 night The room could have been cleaner under the cabinet in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable and they could really use a bigger TV. But the staff was great.
