We had a wonderful experience. I have a handicapped sister and they went out of their way to help with her and make her stay a good experience. I had requested a handicapped room and actually got one. Breakfast was great! Loved having coffee and cookies in the lobby. I had requested a handicapped room and actually got one.

Nice outside, fair inside Nothing horrible, but in detail minor issues. No bugs or odd smells. The room was ok, the layout was a little odd. The bed was an older mattress that seemed worn out. With the typically flaccid hotel pillows, it was murder on my back. The shower liner was brand new, but it was oddly shaped. The dishes for your soap and shampoo leaned INTO the shower, so things kept falling out of them. Multiple chips and wear issues with furniture. Couch was too hard. Sports Mom approves Pleasant personnel, comfortable and clean. Wish a king size bed would have been available. Reasonably priced.

Disappointed The hotel felt old. The bed was a full size at best, the kitchen ware was old and not matched.
