Nice hotel. Great price. The hotel was great for the price. The breakfast had hot and cold items (sausage, waffles, oatmeal, etc.). The real treat was the help. There was a blond middle aged woman at the desk who checked us in. She was professional, friendly, warm and helpful.

Could have been cleaner for the price This wasn't a bad hotel overall. The staff was very nice and helped us get a glitch with our reservation fixed right away. The lobby area was nice and very clean. The room was pretty dated, not quite as clean as it could be (mystery stains on the comforter, etc...) and we only got 1 washcloth for 2 people. New fans of Mainstay We enjoyed it being a little out of the way but near the James Buchanon house and Museum.

Most accommodating Only stayed the one night but everything was accommodating. I wanted a cup of milk before we called it a night and the lil lady at the front desk was most gracious.

Get away Desk clerk went above and beyond when I needed a ride to a club downtown. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When it was time to leave, I inquired about the outlets nearby and was given information in pamphlet form as well as verbal recommendations. The breakfast was far better than most continental breakfasts I've had. I would definitely recommend the facility and plan to stay there again if I am in the area.

Ongoing renovations were a small issue due to noise, but overall it was a good place to stay
