Wonderful Stay We had a great time staying at Main Stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, we did even want to leave the room. The customer service was great. I will be back to pay another visit.

Quiet hotel and convenient. While we were staying here on the first night the air conditioner stopped working at 3:30 in the morning. There was no way to contact anyone at that time. It had been in the 90's that day so after 3:30 we couldn't sleep. At about 7 we found someone to contact and asked for another room. We asked if they could refund some of our money for the inconvenience and they said because we booked with Expedia they were unable to do so.

Decent for an overnight stay In comparison to other places I've stayed, the hotel appeared nice from the outside and had pleasant outdoor spaces, but inside it was very ordinary and nothing I would refer to as exceptional. Lobby, dining area, rooms (very small and furniture average at best). Not as favorable as the web site shows.

Adequate but not outstanding We always stay here or at the Sleep Inn when visiting family in the area. Both hotels are well maintained and conveniently located. This time our room had a bit of a funny smell when we first walked in, and the pillows were lumpy; but all in all our stay was fine.

Great value! Very good choice for a weekend in the Lancaster area. Located just west of the city in a very quiet area. The staff was friendly, and check-in/check-out was simple & efficient. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped for those who want to dine in the room.

Stay was OK BUT..... The overall stay was OK. The room was big enough and clean as well but the comforter wasn't warm enough. so we felt really cold especially, at dawn.Cant say It was bcoz our room was on ground floor or due to the heater. A note was there in the washroom stating that the toiletries will be provided upon request(soap,shampoo was provided already) but when we requested for a toothpaste ,it wasn't available.Don't understand why there is a need to keep the note. We checked in late and received a studio room. The room was very small. When we asked for a switch to 1 bed room, the hotel switched as immediately
