I called 2 days before my stay and I asked if they had a “holding fee” and I was told no but when I got there they said it was a holding fee of $150. It was unexpected and caused me to over draft. Also the bath tub kept filling up super fast.
Happy Camper Lovely stay. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful, my apologies for not recalling her name. I will stay again eventually.

Hi so my stay one night was amazing. I felt all cozy up like in my own studio apartment. oh heavenly awe it was so nice that i have reservation for still needed place to stay during my situation until April 6th. So i will at Exton location where its cheapest good price. I will recommend to people. Thank you all. Marie
It was convenient for the price, good size for me and my daughter for the time being. Only thing i did not like about extended stay america was something in my room was always broke. I havent checked to see if i got charged either.
