Too much personal information asked. Rooms were decent, beds were more comfortable than most. However, I did NOT like that the front-desk people wanted to gather more information than necessary. They wanted ID for all of my family staying with me, not just my id. I can understand wanting MY ID... But the rest of my family? Fortunately, they were able to bypass that on their check-in screen... But this is the first time my entire party has been asked to ID at any hotel. The room was extremely dirty. Crumbs, dirt, stains, chunks of food, some unidentifiable red liquid on the ceiling 😶. The staff were helpful and the room had a nice kitchen with stove, fridge, and freezer. There were also several people drunk in the halls and alcohol was spilled on the floor...not the best.

Had a small issue with room not being ready, but Gigi was very helpful and genuinely kind. She made sure we were taken care of.

There's no place like home or is there? I feel very comfortable here at Extended Stay. Not because it's fancy and smells of new car or because it's super sparkly, modern and upscale. I like it here because it feels as close to home as it gets when I'm away from home. I don't feel like I need to take off my shoes, walk around on my tiptoes or be careful what I touch.
