Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on 2 occasions. I must say both times were very pleasant and quiet. We had no issues with the room, staff or residents . I must say all the staff and the general manager Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

Staff was friendly. There is a need for more staff because it seemed a lot for one person. First room had dead bug but was able to move with ease. There was an advertisement in the lobby of the fee for dishes but found out it wasn't completely true.

Nice property....room door sticks is my only complaint...staff was awesome....hotel clean and quiet.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit MA. Conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and professional. Will return in June 2025 !
