Bathroom could be better The bathroom wasn't too clean and the shower had a leak and the water got all over the floor.

When I arrived I knew it was late and the odds of someone being at the front desk weren't in my favor. When I hit the line to call for an attendant, ya boy Devonte was there without hesitation. Though he may have been tired conversely he didn't lead on to be. He was very patient with me as I was having issues with my bank card allowing online transactions and booking through a third party. Customer service was great, Mack was really nice and personable! Walking into the room at first glance it did not look too bad but the floors were so gross! Looked like they had never been mopped! There was built up gunk on the sides of the bed. The sheets did look new but the pillows were horrible. No cushion at all. The desk chair had some very questionable stains on it. If ever in the area again we will definitely be choosing another hotel.

Room was nice, staff was friendly. Two of the lamps in my room didn't have light bulbs and the TV remote was nowhere to be found. Everything else was fine. Bathroom was massive!

Hashir Ahmad and Khadijah are very kind and wonderful staff. They went above and beyond every-time help was needed. The room was great and I would recommend anyone this extended stay. We were placed in very GOOD HANDS. Thank you again for all you guys hard work and outstanding professionalism..!!
