Excellent customer service very clean
It's a fine hotel for its purposes, but it's very utilitarian and definitely intended for workers etc. who will be staying there for long periods of time for construction projects etc. No cups or coffee makers in the rooms; you have to request at front desk (although they are happy to accommodate when you do). Short walk to Vanderbilt Univ. Area feels safe.

Poor place to stay Asked for extra pulpows and was informwd that they did not have any because thye were being stolen, lots of of unsavory people in the hotel did not feel safe nor my car
I like the set up didnt like that we had to ask for supplies. And they had roaches
It was a very nice suite, very clean and well kept. The heaters/air conditioner fans were noisy, especially for one being beside the bed. They shouldn't advertise breakfast, it was very sparse. Overall though, it was a very nice place and a good stay.
