The staff member (Trinity)was awesome with my Check in
The front desk is not always staffed thus anyone could walk inside.

Just ok. Good enough for one night. Poor desk agent was the only one on staff that night, and he was running around helping a lot of folks. Room was missing sheets and pillows for the pull out, pots and pans not in room either. Our Non-smoking room had a terrible cigarette smell, and the heater stunk so bad we opted to just be cold all night instead of turning it on. Good value Room was clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay
Good stay. Just for one night. Central location. Close by the upscale mall. Right across the street from Costco. First time in San Ramon and seems to be quite an affluent area
