Very clean and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly even at 12:30 at night when we arrived. Didn't get up quite in time for breakfast, but it did smell good and there were a lot of people hanging around there. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area
We went to a concert at Allstate arena, we walked to the venue! The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and the room was spacious. I have a to say the assistant manager (3-11 shift) was excellent. They we're short staff (like pretty much every place you go now), he was running around doing multiple jobs at the same time! We had to wait 10 minutes to check in, yet when we realized it was because they literally had no staff, we were impressed about his performance!
