Mattress and pillows were not what I was used to. No fault of yours.

It was ok. It's an older hotel with minor damage to the furniture and weird stains on the floors. I stayed for 2 weeks and room service was supposed to come every 7 days but they never did. The room comes empty so you have to request amenities like soap and kitchen utensils. Some lamps didn't work. The full-length mirror was blocked by the dresser and TV that couldn't be moved. It was nice having a kitchen in my room for such a long stay but I probably would not stay here again.

Great property , quiet safe area , not too far from Wes Des Moines Downtown . Great , helpful and friendly staff . Hotel is clean also no complaints!!!

I'm going on my 12th day staying here. My expectations have been exceeded. For the cost per night, I expected much less. No bugs, Yeah! No riff raft strangers visiting the property, Yeah! Fairly quiet throughout the day and night, Yeah! Overall, I endorse this hotel. Again, for the price it's a great deal and comfortable experience.

The room overall was ok. But the person in the room next to me blasted their tv from 8 am until midnight. It sounded like the people above me were training for the olympics. Two straight days, starting at 3 am, heavy stomping back and forth that went on for 3 hours. They stated grab and go breakfast.
