Cassandra is always very professional and provides great customer service!
Cigarette smoke as soon as you enter and in all the building. Breakfast was muffins or nutrigrain bars. Cigarettes were littered everywhere. Towels were permanently stained. For the price, it was as expected.

This was my first stay there the staff was very nice. My room was clean. I would stay there again. They also let me check in early

Biggest dislike is the large gap under the room door.

Liked Kitchen. Did not like room cleaning only every 7 days. Having to take towels to front desk to be given new ones, taking garbage down to the trash room. Extreme limited breakfast & dinning in general. Left on day early and were not even capable of giving me a copy of the hotel charges because “the system did not allow it”. Would not recommend this “hotel”, it has more a MOTEL service. They had a sign at the laundry room to ask for detergent but ran out of it for several days.
