Everything was great
There was nothing to use in the room.Everything had to be asked for and had to wait for someone to show up at the desk.

Had to request another room because the “nonsmoking” room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. The comforter had stains and the wall paint was dingy and smudged. The TV remote did not work and was given another remote for a different brand of TV that surprise didn’t work either. Also, the room had few outlets for plugging in devices for charging/etc. The front desk agent had to check the room himself as if we lied about the strong smoke smell before changing our room as if we were getting a major upgrade. I travel a lot. I like that the room is home away from home. It was very clean.
