Hotel smelling a little funny. Nothing very bad, but I would have liked a fresher smell. Was good for what I needed...a place to sleep a couple of hours. Was disappointed Hotels.com did not provide my payment to the hotel as I had to spend about a half an hour on the phone to straighten it out.

Close to major highways This is a good place to stay for a longer period of time. The convenience of your own kitchen, large fridge, stove, etc, as well as laundromat was very nice. The lobby also offered coffee, fruit, and muffins for a quick breakfast if desired--this was a nice added touch. The convenience of having a downstairs room to make it more accessible to walk our dog was also appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice place to stay!!!

Unexpectedly Happy Considering Hotels.com initially messed up my reservation at a different hotel that was overbooked, I was surprisingly pleased by my stay at Extended Stay America in Syracuse. The kitchenette came in handy; I made deviled eggs for my college daughter, who was missing my home cooking. Although they only gave us 1 bed versus the 2 I had ordered at the first hotel, they found a twin and put it in the room for us, Also, they had just undergone a huge renovation so everything looked fresh and new. perfect hotel for good quality price I thought the room was worth the price, was very clean and the staff was friendly. There wasn't soap or shampoo in the room but the staff was quick to assist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that doesnt want to pay loads of money and get a nice clean quiet room

Wonderful Hotel! I went to the state fair and stayed for one night. The hotel was in a very nice neighborhood that wasn't run down. The room was clean and didn't smell bad, and was a very nice room to stay in. It was only about fifteen or less minutes away from the fair and was easy to get there and back. Overall a very nice stay, will be staying here again next year.

It was a perfectly reasonable place to stay. The sheets, blankets, and pillows were a bit on the cheap/thin side and the bed was a bit small for 2 of us. The room seemed fairly clean and they had just installed new tvs when we go there, so that was fine. The room we stayed was probably a smoking room when hotels used to have a smoking option and smelled of stale tobacco.

Close to NYS Thruway The hotel was clean and in the midst of significant renovation. Lots of new furnishings. Good location if you're on the NYS Thruway or from the airport. A little tough to find if coming from Syracuse by local roadway.

Not bad.. but this hotel is more suitable to a family who would stay longer where they could cook. They could not provide daily room cleaning service.
