Great for Family or Business Booked hotel due to location and figured extended stay would be a better choice. Room is clean, flat screen TV and a full kitchen! My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer due to another stop on my trip.

The hotel was convenient and very clean. Being pet friendly and having a grab-and-go breakfast amenity was a plus. Will stay here on next trip to the area.
GREAT DISTANCE FOR SHOPPING WONDERFUL
One-Night Stay We had to add a day to our Syracuse, but couldn't book an extra night at the nearby suite hotel we were at, so we booked here. The hotel is older and the 'suite' appears to have been a regular room that had a room divider added to create a kitchenette. The place is clean, but shows its age. It's also hard to find the first time you look for it. Follow the signs carefully!

The service was excellent. However, the accomodations were below standard. I was on a business trip, and attending an important meeting the morining after I arrived, when I got up in the morining to iron my clothing I realized that the iron plate was burned and stained, which meant I had to go to the meeting with wrinkled clothing. The shower area had a cloth curtain with no liner and after showering the floor was soaked. The air conditioning unit was old and blew out stale air. You get what you pay for... When I booked this hotel (mystery hotel) the ad on the Expedia website said it had breakfast, I would not call what they served breakfast it was just a grab and go, I feel like it was not marketed that way when booking. Also the hotel did not offer house keeping each day which I was not aware of either. I think that should be something that needs to be mentioned. The beds were not that comfy, but the room was clean and great location.
