Grate service
Facility was clean, room was clean. The common area and elevator have seen better days. The surrounding area is not one to walk around at night, but the facility is gated with a atall fence. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Ok but not great Nobody at desk check in or out. Had ro ring buzzer. Looked like cigarette burns on sink. All.in all, quiet, and ok.

The night manager is fantastic! The night manager of the hotel was fantastic. Hotels.com had overbooked and when we arrived, the manager said that he did not have a room for us. He was able to find another room for us so that we didn't sleep out in the cold. Tacoma was literally 100% booked due to the conference that we were attending. Thank you so much to the night manager! He really saved our bacon.

The room was pretty dirty and the property is certainly showing its age. Lots of people in and out of the parking lot... I couldn't say for sure but it seemed some illegal activities were happening.
