It was very clean they were very attentive I only stayed one night but I was totally satisfied I will definitely come back love the fact that they have coffee in the morning that was a nice surprise for me.
Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room smelled a little musty and our cards never worked to get in the front doors and we had to get buzzed in. Overall a good stay for the price.

Staff was friendly, the area around the hotel was industrial and had some homeless people nearby, but overall it was a decent experience. Some guests appeared to be living in the hotel for more than a few nights, and some loitering was going on. No one bothered us though and there were no issues. It was quiet and close to both Tacoma and Seattle. Fair price for the location and amenities.

I loved the feeling of community there among residents and hotel guests, and the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating all the way through our stay!

When I first pulled into the hotel, I was skeptical. The surrounding area is industrial with a lot of foot and vehicle traffic. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great, the room was clean, and the price was right. Easy access to Tacoma, surrounding parks including Mt. Rainier, and Sea/Tac airport. Id stay there again without hesitation.
Under staffed issues, made it challenging to get rooms cleaned or front desk services at night

The only thing I really liked was the fact that the rooms had kitchens in them. Thats as far as it goes, the location was conveniently about a 5min drive from the Tacoma Dome which is the reason I chose this particular location. The staff did their best to keep things running, it just seemed like the place itself was badly managed.
