The people was good for helping. My key card didn't work and the fixed it with smiles'
Lots left to desire It wasnt terrible however, with it being an extended stay there are some there for a longer while and while checking in a lady came down to get her packages from the desk, covered in food and barefoot. That was off putting. Our hallway stunk really nad like food our bathroom mirror/frame was covered in toothpaste splatter, and water pressure in the shower was lacking. For the area this is a pretty good hotel and a good value. However the building is older and the bed, furnishings and feel of the place is cheap and probably the roughest extended stay I've been at. Cleanliness was good in the room itself but the rest of the hotel could use a bit more attention. The room served its purpose the staff were very friendly and helpful.
