Hotel was close to the Emerald Queen Casino, worked out well for us.

Very noisey Heard banging in the room above me all night long.. Can hear the person in the next room talking on their phone.. Walls must be very thin.. Hallways smelled like cigarettes even though it clearly says No Smoking

Decent hotel except our room bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the shower and drain. The bed was also not comfortable.

Return guest For me, this hotel is perfect for all that I need. The most important part is the staff, as they go above and beyond with their service. They are very welcoming, dependable when it concerns the receiving of packages I have sent there, this hotel is centrally located with many thing around this property. I am so satisfied with this hotel that I am planning to return there in a couple days for another 3 day stay before leaving...
