Choose a Different Location Located in undesirable location, freeway noise constant, undesirable people living there, hallways smelled of smoke and bad food smells, parking in back where person living in van next to dumpsters, no hair dryers, granola bars bad excuse for breakfast. Thought good location to access Tacoma Dome-not when bridge is closed for renovation.

Not too shabby First night was wonderful, quiet, comfy, staff great, rooms clean and very sufficient. Second night, very loud, had to call desk at 3:45 am because above and next door guests up ALL NIGHT loud. But we booked for another 6 nights. 😊

Accommodating staff David at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when we arrived to check in at nearly 3 AM after a long drive!

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is small but adequate. The only shortcomings for us were no coffee maker in room, no ice machine on premises and the "continental breakfast" was very poor- only coffee and granola bars and a few mini muffins in the lobby area. No seating in a breakfast area.

My Honest Review Well....there was a container of half eaten cake frosting and a tomato slice with ants all over it directly in front of the lobby entrance for 2 days. Candy wrappers and small pieces of trash in the hallway, and an empty bottle of bio oil in the elevator when we checked in. There was an awful smell coming out of the AC unit, and it's in a particular kind of area... The staff is probably dealing with a lot, so I can't really blame them for the condition of the hotel.
