Good deal & friendly staff. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but everything else was fine.

Nice Stay We stayed overnight after a show at the Tacoma Dome. Our room was nothing fancy but just as promised...clean, with a little kitchen area. Outside there was some sort of industrial noise all night long and still going when we left the next morning, but we couldn't hear it in our room.

Good Value for your money Carpet was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillow has some smell, it should be washed after each use. There was no pillow protector. This is a budget hotel but clean to have a good night rest. The stairs have a musty smell, so try and use the elevators.

Would go back anytime This hotel is great for people that do not like to eat out all the time. The mini kitchen amenities were great. The room was clean and well kept up. The only complaint is that the bed was really hard, but I would still go back anytime.

Excellent value; great for overnighter Friendly greeting at our EARLY check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. The rate was fabulous especially considering you get a kitchen along with a comfortable room. The bed was ok. Could use a few more pillows. Was very quiet and the night clerk went out of his way to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. A great value for the price. We will be back as we come to town frequently for shows and don't want the hassle of the long drive back home late at night. If down... read more

You get what you pay for This hotel was almost across the board mediocre except when it came to comfort. It was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have experienced in quite some time. The staff were mostly friendly and the location was good.

When I first started going to the "ESA" hotels, the rooms were alot cleaner, you had amenities, like dish soap to wash the dishes, and complimentay toiletries...what happen?
