Room was clean. I arrived late at night and no one was at the desk and the office door was locked. First time staying at an Extended Stay, not sure if this is the norm.

At Extended Stay Hotels we strive to provide our guests with clean rooms, exceptional guest service and the best value in lodging. Our Front Office opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m., however, we have staff on site all through the night. The front door is locked, but the phone next to the door, goes to the Night Attendant who can check folks in as well as handle any quest issues that may arise. We truly appreciate you choosing us!!
