Tallahassee stay 25 May 17 No ice machine and even so, at least the ice trays could have been filled. No paper towels or Kleenex in room.

Poor service - took 25 minutes to check in I had traveled all day and was exhausted when I got to the hotel at 9 pm. Went to check in, but no one was at the front desk. I tried looking around several times. When that failed, I tried calling several times. It was seriously 25 minutes until an employee finally returned. She was minimally apologetic; no explanation as to why shw was MIA for almost a half hour. Very frustrating. Other than the service at check in, the hotel was good.

Need receipt for cost !! Bad that cannot receive bill invoice st ck out. Will probably not use Expedia again because of this.

Great room for great price. Got a great price with Orbitz. Room was clean comfortable and everything worked. The noise in hall and outside was sort of annoying at times. Gave it the feel of a cheap extended stay but it was really nice enough for the price.

Fast visitor Rooms looks like it was recently updated but very basic modern design , nothing fancy for the rate we paid for but I think because it is tallahassee on graduation week ( but our reservation was before the graduation time frame) but room was spacious and clean , dont expect breakfast it is just few bars and wraped muffins and coffee , check in and out was fast even though crew weren't very friendly
Laura was great!! Nice place great staff. Gotta do better on breakfast offerings
