Unfortunately it rained and I could not use the pool. Other than that it was fine.

Tallahassee stay 25 May 17 No ice machine and even so, at least the ice trays could have been filled. No paper towels or Kleenex in room.

Poor service - took 25 minutes to check in I had traveled all day and was exhausted when I got to the hotel at 9 pm. Went to check in, but no one was at the front desk. I tried looking around several times. When that failed, I tried calling several times. It was seriously 25 minutes until an employee finally returned. She was minimally apologetic; no explanation as to why shw was MIA for almost a half hour. Very frustrating. Other than the service at check in, the hotel was good.
