Clean convenient and economical I forgot my medicated shampoo - I sure hope the manager sent it to me at my home address. These are really swell people I'll bet they do

Great stay but smells a bit mildewy The room and area was wonderful! Kitchen was great to have, very comfortable. Only issues were the hallways that smelled really "mildewy". Some areas smelled like wet dirt. Also, light burned out over desk area and since I was gone all day every day never got it fixed. They have no maintenance after 5 pm and the front desk doesn't open until after 730am

Moldy, understaffed hotel Lobby and 2 different rooms smelled strongly of mold. Calls to front desk during daylight hours took multiple attempts to be answered.

Your scores tell us we were not able to accomplish that goal. There was a moldy smelling odor that we have been able to completely eradicate by updating bathroom and hall exhaust fans.
