Easy access to I-10 and FSU We were staying overnight for a quick trip to FSU. The room was clean, but could use a little TLC for wear-n-tear. Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as the cleaning staff the next morning. Nice parking and not noisy even those close to highway. Good location for restaurants too.

Convenient location. Terrible service attitude by afternoon/evening front desk clerk. Perhaps her passion is not in the hotel industry. Hotel location is excellent, convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. Have a reasonable pet charge. More effort needs to be placed on general housekeeping/ hotel cleanliness. We checked into room 304 and it was dirty. Hallway smelled badly/dirty. We were moved to room 320, which was fine, but still, the smell in the hallway was not fresh. Room furniture needs update. Just what I needed This hotel room had a complete kitchen, desk area, very comfortable bed and chairs, and perfect bathroom. Everything was very clean and in perfect working order. The air conditioner was quiet and worked great. So, this hotel room completely met my needs and I would use it again.

last night of a long business trip After several disappointments of hotels not having all that they advertise, my last night of a long business trip was pleasantly rewarding. The room was extremely clean, property was quiet and hotel staff was very accommodating to my needs. The price was incredibly reasonable for all the amenities.
A Great Value Comforter on one bed was dirty. Otherwise, room was clean.

Toilet was very dirty under the rim. Chair that matches couch had a disgusting large stain. Kitchen drain didn't drain properly. The room didn't cool down properly
