Complaints Was surprised to find the room had no waste basket, broken drawer front, the phone had no label, no hotel book. The room was affordable. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Was supposed to have a non smoking room. I am a non smoker and could smell people had smoked in this room.

Customer Service needs improvement The shuttle service to the hotel was terrible. I called them 3 times for pickup. It took the driver over an hour to pick ME up as I was the only person waiting for them. The driver was rude! When I got in the shuttle, I called a friend to let them know that I had finally been picked up and how frustrated I was. Nice hotel close to work I've been saying it didn't hotels for many years when I have to work on call shifts from a job this hotel had a most beautiful breakfast the front desk lead given shampoo in soap for free and I will defini recommend this to everyone I know

Airport convenience Convenient and inexpensive but the fridge is worn and the bathroom while clean looks dated and a little old. Check in was quick.

Close to TPA International I needed a quick location with free transpiration to and from the airport and this was a great find. Very large room with a full kitchen and a good shower. Missed a hairdryer but for a one night, last-minute stay, it was quite suitable.

Vacation-Bowl Game Stay 3 nights to go to Bowl Game. Also went to casino next day. The only problem I had was on arrival. Was told that morning before I flew there to call on arrival for free shuttle. Call and phone rang 40 times. Option 4,Call back used option 2 and was told this was call center and call again and use option 1, this was also the call center, was told to use option 0, call back and phone rang 15 times before answered. Lacked basics of what was advertised. Lack of extra blanket and no kitchen tools or even coffee maker. Kitchen is of no use without basics. No hangers upon check in. Staff was outstanding!! How can a hotel run without inventory and rooms properly furnished. Great location and clean.

The hotel is a good choice if you need a place to sleep after a tiring and long trip. The room had a musty smell. I liked that the bathroom was clean. They said breakfast included and I was expecting at least coffee and milk with a toast but, to my surprise, it was just american coffee and a cereal bar.
