Would not stay there again Room had a strange odor and was not very clean. Looked like blood splatter on the wall above the very dirty couch.

Comfortable and convenient It was all good. Not exceptional but serviceable. I was greeted nicely by the front desk clerk. A pretty good experience overall.

Nice hotel, good location. I took my daughter to Tampa to tour a college. This hotel was located great to the college, airport and Busch Gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked out, I had forgot my jacket, and did not realize my key was in the pocket. They mailed my jacket and key back to me. We live in Muskegon Michigan. We would stay there again.

Close to the airport As soon as we walked in the room it smelled of mold. That should have been the indicator right there, but seeing as we were only there four days I just got some cleaning products and cleaned the room an then it was tolerable. I picked the extended stay for the kitchenette I knew I wanted to have some meals there so I asked the staff for the kitchen equipment they said they provided. I was promptly told they had none. Ok hotel if just sleeping and flying out in am. We had to wait at the front desk with no note etc and no idea if someone would be coming to check us in. It was 8pm and had an early flight. Needed to use pull out sofa and was told theyd bring sheets up. 1 1/2 hours later we called to remind her and about 10 finally got them. It was not too busy or she could have handed at desk. Then didnt provide any pillows. It was pretty clean. Make sure you have your own soap etc. Sheets and blankets were worn. If they would update linens ... read more
