The Customer Service at the Front check on desk was TERRIBLE and there was roaches inside my room and hallway. Plus we have to return the used towels and waited for them washed before we get them back. And there was daily room service at all. If you want room service then you have to stay for more than 2 weeks. I will NEVER stay with Extended Stay America AGAIN!!
