Customer service was great, the personnel very polite, helping the check-in process fast. Howeve, I gave it a 3 stars because there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. This shouldn't happen if the hotel keeps continuos maintenance, but obviously is not happening. Also, around 2 am, one of the guests arrived drunk and put full blast the speaker of the car, and unfortunately there was not night guard to control.

Traveling worker I had the accessibility room and it looked like they didn’t clean the shower but other than that it was a great stay.
