I like the efficiency set up. Unit wasn’t cleaned well. So there were roaches. Dirty carpet.

I really like staying there. Property is cleaned. Nice stuff. Easy check in & out. Free parking on site and shopping center with dining option very close. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely come back if I'll visit the area again.
Ramses is an asset to this hotel. This young man made our stay acceptable because he literally had the maintenance crew change out both a/c’s in our room. Unfortunately the morning people were very inattentive and when we called for more towels they literally ignored our request. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. We must have killed 10 to 15 roaches and we found old empty bottles of water that had dead bugs in them and again the morning crew basically ignored our request for someone to clean underneath the beds. Staff was good. Property needs updating. No coffee maker; no “hot” cups. No breakfast no kitchenware & this is an extended stay.

The linen on the bed was dirty with stains on it. I took the linen back they immediately replaced the linen. The toilet was leaking. I was not satisfied but I did report it all to the manager on duty during my check out.
