Amenities were great and location. Didn’t like some of the people staying and the length of time waiting to check in (25 minutes) then walked into a room that smelled of nasty smoke with a severe asthmatic child. Had to go back to office and change rooms at 10:30 at night when we were exhausted from theme park all day.

The breakfast is not that good. There were granola bars and some oatmeal packets. Also, I picked this place because it said it had a gym on the website. No gym, Just two or three exercise bikes.

Hotel staff did not provide sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa. We we asked the front desk around 8pm, we were told they were still in the laundry and needed to dry. After going out for the evening and coming home around 1am we were told the sheets were ready but the blankets were still in the dryer. The "free breakfast" consisted of nutrgrain bars and awful coffee.

It served it's purpose as a safe place to lay our heads for the night. We had 6 guests in a room with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa/bed. There were 2 extra pillows in the closet upon arrival for the pull out sofa/bed. However neither had pillow cases on them, nor were extra pillow cases left in the room. There were no extra sheets or blankets left in the room for the pull out sofa/bed. So we did have to call the front desk and ask for those items. Cute room setup. Wonderful front desk staff. Property desperately needs better maintenance and cleaning. Mold and mildew in toilet and on shower walls and in tub caulking and under the bathroom sink. The bath fan was covered in dust/debris. The hair dryer still had someone else's hair on it. There was a hole under the carpet that could be a hazard.
