My family & I were traveling from Florida and decided to stay at Riverside for the night. After booking the room, we realized that we were going to be getting in past midnight. I called and spoke to Marie, in which she assured me that it would be no problem. The environment was very welcoming and family-like. The staff were very nice and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable, clean beds. We were even surprised by the breakfast options. Healthy and very satisfying! After arriving, we were told they didn't have the room we asked for and booked. We were transferred to a different location.
