Location was great, really close to Raymond James and mall. Parking was free.

We first given another persons room that we walked right on into, luckily they were out but fb was on food in kitchen, so we quickly went back, in a few moments we had another key... the room size was good, and it was fairly clean. Went to dinner came back and tried to get the sofa bed set up, the mattress was disgustingly dirty, and there was no sheets or pillows anywhere. So i call front desk and it just rang and rang and rang on multiple occasions. Finally i went down there and was given the sheets to cover said nasty bed... read more
