The room is what you'd expect for the price, the area of town was ok, lots of food nearby. No daily housekeeping and i had to wait 30 min for someone to show up at the front desk to check out. Overall it was ok, but not great.

Not the best when sleep is important. Very friendly front-desk help and clean room with a comfortable bed. Only one rolling cart available, however, so I had to make three trips to my room on the second floor to get my things in for a one night stay, then reverse the whole process in the early AM. No sliding doors to the lobby complicated this issue further. Additionally, the thin walls meant I could hear the neighbors, making falling asleep difficult. Most things great Very friendly place. The only gripe I have is the very limited use of phones in the room due to the fact that some past residents left the motel owner with phone bills so the rest of us have to pay for that. The only other motel where I've stayed allowed only very limited use of their room phones was a rinky dink Bates motel type of place in SW Missouri. Extended Stay, you are better than this!
