The Lady that assist me in my check in is not friendly and accommodating, management should train front desk personnel to be friendly and accommodating.

Extended Stay America @ Union City is a TEN!! This is the 2nd. time I stay in this hotel. The Front Manager, I do apologize, her name starts with a M. was AWESOME!! She remembered me from my 1st stay in the Hotel, last year with my little girl. The room was clean, smelled nice. I recommend this establishment, 100%
