clean but noisy It lacks soundproofing between floors. The 1st night was fine but the remaining nights we had someone in the room right above us and we could hear them "stomping" through the room. They are also currently doing construction so that noise was constant as well.

Paper thin walls I was disappointed with this property. Tge walks were extremely thin. We could hear every word the people next to us were saying and they were not yelling. If you want any privacy at all or if you want a goid nights rest, thus is not tge hotel for you!

Quality AND good price! Clean, upgraded, quiet. Nice granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed and big screen TV. Plenty of hangers in the closet. Bring you own hairdryer. Unlike most hotels they did not have one in the room. Still 5 stars for overall quality.

ESA Virginia Beach Excellent room design, perfect for us. Many so called little things added up to a very nice stay.
Not a bad place for one night. I wish I'd paid more attention to the location of this place, as we had wanted a place close to the beach. Also, the cleanliness was in question when i came in and sat on the sofa, only to find a used napkin folded into the cushions. Then we noted that the sofa itself could use a steam-cleaning, which now, in time of COVID, was a bit scary. Otherwise, the place, while dated and obviously not new, (or newly renovated), was clean enough and fine. The price was one of its best features!
