very good stay arrived early, and room was ready! very nice service
Great Convenience and Price! I would say overall that we had a good experience here. The room was comfortable and fairly well equipped (we weren't going to make Thanksgiving dinner or anything, so it was fine for the purpose). The staff was mostly VERY friendly...seriously, some of the nicest people I've dealt with at a hotel. We had one small issue with our room and with the staff person who was on duty at the time. Great Location Overall experience was good, with the exception of the lumpy mattress and pillows, which gave me a crick in my neck, after 3 nights! Overall, very nice and clean hotel, excellent location, near interstates.
Great overnight spot! They didn't have one of the beds made when we entered the room but it was an upgrade since the one queen size was not available. It balanced out any frustrations. If you are going to Spa World, this is the place to stay!
Good Value This hotel is a good value. Having a full size refrigerator and microwave is a big plus. The claim to provide a free breakfast, but all I found was coffee and a couple of granola bars - best not to plan for this. No ice machine, so fill the ice trays in your freezer if you want ice. But, for the price paid these were reasonable inconveniences. The night staff could be friendlier.
Many problems during my stay I arrived at the hotel finding that they had no computer service, no telephone service, no internet service and extremely smoky. The staffed advised me that telephone and computer services had been down all day but that there was a call placed for repair. When I asked when I might expect phone and computer service, I was advised that they had been calling the repair service all day and had no idea.
