Great Hotel, the price was right, and customer service too. Hotel is great, customer service was ok, was not expecting a party for my arrival. The room was clean enough to say it was like in my house. The location is not that Far from Washington DC downtown, and also near enough from Shopping Malls. As I did a pre-payment then it was even easier for the checkout. I can recommned it as a good option for travelers that do not want to spend a furtune on Hotels. Pleasantly Surprised I searched for the most reasonably priced room on hotels.com and chose this one for its price and location. Having read a few rather negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and my room. The reception desk clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and included a well-equipped kitchenette - I was only staying for the night, but obviously this would be a convenient asset for those staying longer. Pleased with accommodations This was one of the more reasonably priced hotels I found on hotels.com, and I was pleasantly surprised by my room, after having read some rather negative comments. It was clean, comfortable, and had a kitchenette. I only stayed overnight, but for a longer stay, the kitchenette would be very convenient. The registration desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay We loved the hotel it was clean, close to were we needed to be and having a full kitchen setup helped us keep our costs down by bringing food with us that we could fix instead of eating out. The area was very quiet and the hotel was very comfortable.

Honest Appraisal Didn't expect to have no cleaning service over a 4 day stay. Had to take dirty linen to front desk, count pieces and bag to get clean linen. Just wished I had known. Staff were polite, however. Location and price were the positive points. Noisy guests came in at 3 a.m.one night. I would have liked the ability to have run the fan to drown out noises. The off and on air conditioning woke me up every night.
