As advertised Room was clean and obviously recently refurbished. Lacked some utensils which were promptly provided on request. Room is fairly austere, but adequate for two people. We stayed a week. Charged by the week or month for Wi_Fi. Download is very slow--perhaps /b. Room was refreshed--change towels and sheets--on the fifth day. All in all it was as adverised, an efficiency, sufficient for an extended stay at a relatively inexpensive price.
Good hotel Overall stay is great, especially if you are staying for a while. It has a nice kitchen so that you don't have to eat out all the time. Crowded parking lot....lots of people (and we stayed during the week). Room was nice! Would recommend it for a vacation to the DC area.

Very reasonable check in and check out went smoothly. great location for DC visit with metro use. No maid service unless you request. note on metro: if you are using parking at Metro, be sure to get there before 8:00 AM, as parking spaces after that are non existant. Make sure you use marked parking spaces - if you dont, parking ticket is result. I know from experience!
Good room for the money The room was adequate. It's always nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove available. (remember they don't actually wash the dishes you use there, just rinse them out, so bring soap unless you don't care) It wasn't super clean but it was fine. The location is pretty far from the main DC area, but once you get out of Arlington, the drive isn't *that* bad. Traffic could be a pain though. Good Deal The front desk person was very nice and actually let me send something to his personal email address so that I could get it printed. I also had problems getting on the internet because a work VPN issue. I called their tech support and he got me on. We were very pleased. The only 2 tiny things I can say that were annoying was that in the bathroom the fan was on the same switch as the light - so we couldn't talk to each other when getting ready in the morning (the fan was too loud). Not recommended It had mice and roaches
This property was BY FAR, the most disgusting motel I’ve ever encountered. Our room was filthy, stunk like smoke and cat pee, and had bugs crawling on the walls. Also had other shady unknown “guests” smoking marijuana and hanging out in the common areas outside. Needless to say we quickly checked out of this dump!! I would never send ANYONE to this property. Marriott should be ASHAMED to call this property theirs!!!!
