This extended stay is amazing. The front desk is awesome. Kerry and Maliha are very helpful. The assistant manager Eric is very helpful. They have free grab and go breakfast. The staff are always willing to talk with guest if not busy. The staff are more like family than staff. The location is a plus. The metro station is nearby and the mall with a target is nearby within walking distance. This hotel is in a quiet area off a main road. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a cheaper but great hotel.

Read the reviews folks, not just the high rated ones. The one star reviews aren't wrong. Made a reservation for 4 nights about a week in advance. Arrived to check in at 6pm, had to wait 9 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Was then told that the room I had reserved had not been cleaned, but that I would be given a "complimentary" upgrade to a bigger room with a smaller bed. To start worst hotel I have ever stayed, First, as your going through the entrance first thing you get is the smell of cigarettes since people do not have the decency to go smoke away from the entrance. Second, room was missing the deadbolt, hallways smell like weed, missing stove burner, microwave looked like it has been in world war 2 how rusted it is and sounded like a lawn mower, sleeper sofa feels like you are laying on a brick and office chair felt like you are sitting on a brick as well. This hotel smells awful. We arrived at 5:55pm and waited for 8 minutes before someone arrived at the desk to check us in. The man (Mohammed) was polite and tried to help the best he could, but the room we reserved was not ready, so he gave us a "complimentary upgrade" to a bigger room with a smaller bed. The room smelled bad, and the floor was sticky. We went back down, and he changed us to a smaller room with 2 smaller beds than we reserved.
