This is my first experience with Extended Stay so I have nothing to compare this facility to. I required a one night stay in the area and the price was reasonable. Located away from traffic and in a semi-secluded area, this hotel seems basic, a little dated and not particularly clean. The room is a sufficient size and the queen...
The price. Very affordable place for the norther VA area.\n\nSelected a non-smoker room, but it had that previous smoker-room residual smell. Free breakfast was pretty lame (coffee, instant oatmeal & grits packets, granola bars, some fruit...and that's it). Decent place to stay for the price, don't expect too much.
The desk clerk, a young man, was very respectful, and professional. He made me feel welcome, and important. The Lady at check out the following day was also very gracious and kind. Our room was very, very clean. The beds were super comfortable.\n\nNo. The breakfast was not special, but we were staying in an extended stay hotel with a kitchen, so I suppose breakfast doesn't need to be fancy.
thank you thank you to the staff who checked me in on the evening of April 21 and upgraded me to Two double beds, Great location near the metro station, and mall where we had a great meal. Perfect for a visit to DC!
Staff was real nice room was clean will definitely stay again..
Ok, for a week but after that things get self-maintained My family styed here while we waited to close on a house. There was nothing cheaper or closer to our area so, I guess we got what we paid for. They are pet friendly to include, cats, but there are no cans for the waste. Front desk clerks lack common customer service such as welcoming their customers and can't multi-task....
Weekend getaway I am a frequent tenant of the extended stay in Springfield. I generally like to take advantage of the weekend discounts there. I also have not found another hotel that will let you Check in at 3am that day for the price of one night as most hotels will charge you for two.
Wonderful hotel and staff Pool, elevator, laundry room; It has everything I needed, any questions the staff had beyond taken care of me, such hospitality that makes you feel at home when you're away. Dominique and Nounie are incredible managers and have a wonderful crew. Thank you all.
