Very convenient location for me, excellent value I read some very poor reviews of this hotel. but it was basically fine and met my expectations for the price. The front desk staff were responsive and did their job; there was a basic breakfast provided; the linens were clean; and you could ask for more cooking utensils, etc, if you wanted to cook in the kitchen. this is not a luxury hotel but I'm value oriented and for the price I would do it again.

Needs Updating The room had a smell to it went out and bought a plug in air freshener that helped. Busy during the days only in the room during the evenings for two days. Staff very friendly.

convenient It was nice, not the nicest, not the worst, but was everything I needed in a hotel at the time. Room was clean, I didn't use the pool so no comment on that, in a good location was close to everywhere I needed to be, and having a kitchen was great, I would stay again. at night the staff is hard to find at times, waited about 20 minutes to check in because no one could be called and had to call the main office to finally get him but other than that it was pretty good!

Nice convenient location Hotel was in a nice convenient location. Facilities were old and in need of some deep cleaning and restoration. I found the hotel to be a little bit better than what I had seen based upon reviews.

Decent place This hotel was just okay. It was fairly clean, but well lived in. Apparently the pipes were backwards, so rather than fixing it they just put signs next to the shower and sinks warning that hot was cold and cold was hot. The "grab and go" breakfast was a joke.. The pull-out couch was broken, stuck in a halfway out position. The only reason I'm giving this place a decent review is because I recently stayed in the most disgusting pet-friendly hotel ever, so in comparison - at least this place was clean.

Long Day I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the riviera beach area. This hotel is in a nice corporate area very quiet. The only draw backs are the extremely late check in time (3pm) I have stayed in other hotels around the area and most do not have a check in time this late. I would stay in this hotel again if check in time changes.
