I liked that when i first walked in i was greeted pleasantly and was assured that whatever i needed would be taken care of. After one night i found bed bugs in the bed where i was sleeping and didn’t like the way management dealt with the issue. I’m still waiting ten days for my refund which left me at an inconvenience because i needed to find somewhere else to stay. I was offered to be switched to a different room which isn’t being accommodated because usually if bed bugs are in one room it means their in the whole place . ... read more

There was nothing that I liked...the parking lot was next to the hotel and was not connected...the patkibg lot had 3 levels and the 3rd level had ppl drinking and grilling. On the srcond floor there was a homeless man wonderibg around takibg the elevatores to different levels...i ended up parking on tbe 1st level where there was garbage all over tbeground. I then had to run over to the hotel in the front bcus it was pouring. I ENDED UP JUST LEAVING at 9PM. I COULD NOT KERP MY SELF THERE..The room smelled stale and old. I wil... read more

Parking garage has 3 levels most of the bottom 2 are full and has a broken elevator to get to ground floor to get back inside the hotel. If you are not paying attention you will find yourself climbing stairs to your room since the hotel elevator is in an unconnected area. When I finally get into the hotel I smell tobacco/pot and the room it smells awful. The room clearly had pets living in it, but cleaning staff does not seem to care about smell. If I wasn't so tired I would have left I needed an inexpensive place to stay as I had to work until after 10pm and be back to work at 8am in the morning. It is a two hour drive home and two hour drive back. I just needed the basics. Check in was fine. When I got to the room the was an odor in the room. I am not sure what it was but the a/c was off and I was beat so I turned on the a/c and hoped for the best. It got a bit better and I was so tired I just went to sleep.
